Cathy also believes that each of her clients deserves her undivided attention. She won’t take attention away from one client to check email, answer a call, or send a text message to another. Instead she makes every effort to respond within two hours, even during evening hours and on week-ends. Buying or selling a home can be stressful as well as exciting, so she lets her clients know that they can count on her to be at their side through the entire process. She’s only a phone call away.
Cathy takes the time to explain the entire buying and selling process and the purpose of each document used so that her clients know what to expect at each step. She’s admittedly obsessive-compulsive about details, so makes sure all agreements are complete, concise, and correct. She says it’s worth the extra time and effort to make sure that her clients are never hit with surprises that she could have prevented.
I am obsessive about customer service – and will remains so. Through years of providing excellent customer service I have learned the skill of listening. Using this skill I can hear what the customer wants and use this skill to exceed the clients’ expectations. I love being more personally involved with my clients and helping make their dreams come true.
